Solar Promotion Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the promotion. By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  1. This promotion is only available to new customers and homeowners residing in mainland UK and any ability to provide a quote is subject to individual installer regional coverage.
  2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. Customers must have the ability to pay for the solar system, either through cash or finance, without the need for grants or external assistance.
  4. The promotion is limited to one system per property and cannot be transferred to other properties.
  5. Customers must be referred from the MoneySavingExpert Solar Panel guide (https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/utilities/free-solar-panels/) and complete the form on the relevant Securequote page (https://fmb.secure-quote.com/solar-panels-quotes/?utm_source=MSE&utm_medium=External&utm_campaign=Solar&utm_content=External)

2. Duration of Promotion:

  1. This offer runs from 18:00pm GMT on 30th September 2025 until 11:59pm GMT on 28th October 2025 (the “Offer Period”). You are only eligible for this promotion if your enquiry is submitted to the installer within the Offer Period.
  2. Orders must be placed via signed agreement, and a deposit paid within 90 days of the initial enquiry being submitted to the installer to qualify for the promotion.

3. Purchase Requirements:

  1. The solar system purchased must be the one listed by participating solar installers:
    1. Glow Green Ltd
    2. Project Solar UK Limited
    3. So Energy Trading Limited
    4. Soly UK Operations Ltd
  2. Additional costs such as installation fees, scaffolding, and other necessary expenses may be included in the quote.

4. Exclusions:

  1. This offer does not apply to sale items, gift cards, or any services and subscriptions not explicitly included in the offer.
  2. Items or categories not specified in the promotional offer are excluded.
  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Non-transferability:

  1. The offer is only redeemable for the property initially listed by the customer on the lead form and cannot be transferred to any other property or individual.

6. Refund and Exchange Policy:

  1. Refunds or cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the participating solar installer. Customers should read and fully understand the installer’s terms and conditions before agreeing to any contracts, as these will determine their rights regarding cancellations and refunds. The Offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. Limited Availability:

  1. The promotion is available on a “while supplies last” basis.
  2. Customers are limited to using this offer one time only, and it applies to one property per customer.

8. Geographic Restrictions:

  1. This promotion is only valid for residents of mainland UK and any ability to provide a quote is subject to individual installer regional coverage.

9. Online Redemption:

  1. This offer is only valid for customers who complete the form on the specific Securequote page that is linked from MoneySavingExpert.com (https://fmb.secure-quote.com/solar-panels-quotes/?utm_source=MSE&utm_medium=External&utm_campaign=Solar&utm_content=External)

10. Promotional Code Usage:

  1. Once the customer completes the SecureQuote form linked from the MoneySavingExpert website, a discount code will be applied to their details within the participating solar installer’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

11. Discount Cap:

  1. The maximum discount amount a customer can receive through this promotion is as follows:
    1. Glow Green Ltd: £550 off any solar system products
    2. Project Solar UK Limited: £550 off any solar system products
    3. So Energy Trading Limited: £550 off any solar system products
    4. Soly UK Operations Ltd: £550 off any combined solar and battery system products

12. Misuse or Fraud:

  1. The solar installer reserves the right to cancel or reject the promotion if misuse, fraud, or any violation of the terms and conditions is detected.

13. Modification or Cancellation Rights:

  1. The participating solar installers reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, should circumstances make this necessary.

14. Disputes:

  1. Any issues, disputes, or concerns related to the installation of the solar system are solely between the customer and the installer. A Networks Media Ltd, is not responsible for installation quality, any installation-related disputes or any disputes in general between customer and the installer. Customers are advised to communicate directly with the installer to resolve any issues.

15. Legal jurisdiction:

  1. The Offer and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16. Complaints:

  1. A Networks Media Ltd aims to provide the best possible service. However, any complaints or feedback about how the solar panel promotion was managed should be directed to A Networks Media Ltd at complaints@association-networks.com.
